Hi there. I’m Gisela. As a Corporate Wellness Dietitian, I have a passion for wellness and sustainable health. I teach workplace employees how they can boost their energy, increase productivity, and make lunchtime a priority again through Mindful and Instinctive Eating (MIE). MIE is a positive and nurturing approach to nutrition that supports clients in finding the tools that work best for them and their busy lifestyles.
I offer Nutrition Workshops and Corporate Wellness Programs that nurture a positive relationship with food – ensuring to keep nutrition confusion out of the workplace and bring nourishment back in.

I am married to my husband, Richard, and am mother to rambunctious toddler, Sofia Monet. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida to a loving Argentinean family and currently live in Southwest, Florida. My hobbies include teaching Barre classes, joyful movement, dancing, meditating, and bargain shopping.
